BPC-157 dosage per day and per week
Reported BPC-157 protocols include 250 mcg once daily and 250 mcg twice daily. These give daily totals of 250 mcg and 500 mcg respectively. Six-week courses appear in the public reports used for this guide.12
| Schedule | Amount and frequency | Total per day | Total per week | Reference cycle |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Once-daily protocol1 | 250 mcg once daily | 250 mcg / 0.25 mg | 1.75 mg | 6 weeks |
| Split daily protocol2 | 250 mcg twice daily | 500 mcg / 0.50 mg | 3.50 mg | 6 weeks |
“250 mcg twice daily” means 250 + 250 = 500 mcg in the whole day. It does not mean splitting 250 mcg into two portions. Likewise, a weekly total is the daily total multiplied by the number of use days; a seven-day calculation cannot be copied into a five-day schedule unchanged.
How do once-daily and split schedules differ?
A once-daily schedule uses one measured amount. A split schedule divides the daily total across two administrations: in the example above, 500 mcg per day becomes 250 mcg twice daily. Frequency and daily total should be read separately; splitting an amount does not inherently increase the total. The available reports do not establish that morning, evening or twice-daily timing produces better results.12

How long is a BPC-157 cycle: four, six or eight weeks?
Six weeks is the reference cycle in the reports summarized here. Reported changes in soreness and movement began around weeks two to three. One account described a plateau around week four; the other described further progress through week six. The shoulder account also included ongoing rehabilitation and moderate training.12
| Duration | Quantity difference | Reported timing and practical limit |
|---|---|---|
| 4 weeks / 28 days | Uses one-third less material than six weeks at the same daily amount. | Changes in comfort and movement were reported by this point; it is earlier than the end of the cited courses. |
| 6 weeks / 42 days | Matches the reference cycle. | Allows comparison with the full reported timeline, which included either further improvement or a plateau. |
| 8 weeks / 56 days | Uses one-third more material than six weeks. | Extending the schedule increases quantity and exposure; these reports do not show an additional recovery benefit. |
Cycle length describes time, while the daily amount determines how much material that time uses. An eight-week course at 250 mcg per day uses the same total quantity as four weeks at 500 mcg per day: 14 mg. Those schedules are not clinically established equivalents. There is no validated maximum cycle or restart interval in the cited human evidence.3 See the benefits guide for reported changes in comfort, movement and recovery.
How many 10 mg vials would four, six or eight weeks use?
Multiply the daily amount in milligrams by the number of days, then round the vial count upward. For example, 500 mcg is 0.5 mg; 0.5 mg × 42 days = 21 mg. Two 10 mg vials contain 20 mg, so the nominal package requirement is three vials.
| Daily amount | Duration | Total BPC-157 | Whole 10 mg vials | Nominal amount left |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 250 mcg | 4 weeks | 7 mg | 1 | 3 mg |
| 250 mcg | 6 weeks | 10.5 mg | 2 | 9.5 mg |
| 250 mcg | 8 weeks | 14 mg | 2 | 6 mg |
| 500 mcg | 4 weeks | 14 mg | 2 | 6 mg |
| 500 mcg | 6 weeks | 21 mg | 3 | 9 mg |
| 500 mcg | 8 weeks | 28 mg | 3 | 2 mg |
Quantity and shelf life are separate. A 10 mg vial contains forty 250 mcg portions or twenty 500 mcg portions by arithmetic. That does not establish that one mixed vial can be stored and used for forty or twenty days. The preparation’s validated storage period may be shorter.
Adding more liquid does not increase the amount of peptide available. A 10 mg vial mixed to 1 mL, 2 mL or 3 mL still contains the same labeled 10 mg; only the volume associated with each measured amount changes.
How do you reconstitute a 10 mg BPC-157 vial?
Reconstitution means dissolving the powder in a measured, compatible liquid. The worked example uses a final solution volume of 2 mL, giving 5 mg/mL. These are laboratory preparation steps for a research product; they do not establish a preparation suitable for human injection.
- Check the vial and its documentation. Confirm “BPC-157 10 mg,” the lot number, an intact container and the applicable laboratory method. The featured vial’s report identifies lot PL-2609-010.8
- Prepare a clean workspace and appropriate equipment. Follow the laboratory’s aseptic procedure, use fresh sterile transfer equipment where required, and avoid touching contact surfaces. Disinfect the rubber stopper with alcohol before access.56
- Confirm the diluent before measuring it. Use the liquid specified by the product-specific laboratory protocol. The published vial information does not identify a validated diluent for human administration; “bacteriostatic water” cannot simply be assumed to be the correct choice.
- Measure the volume required by the method. Record the intended final volume. The examples below use 1, 2 or 3 mL as calculation scenarios; confirm that the container and method support the chosen working volume.
- Add the liquid slowly against the vial wall. Avoid shaking. Allow dissolution before measuring the resulting solution; do not improvise with heating or extra solvent to force an unexplained preparation to clear.4
- Label and store the prepared solution. Record the compound, concentration, diluent, lot and preparation date. The handling sheet specifies 2–8°C, protection from light and a use period established by the laboratory; it provides no fixed post-mixing expiry.4
What if the solution is cloudy or contains particles?
Set it aside and resolve the discrepancy against the preparation specification. Cloudiness or visible particles cannot be diagnosed from a photo, and apparent clarity alone does not prove sterility. CDC advises discarding medication vials whenever sterility is compromised or uncertain.5
What is the BPC-157 dosage chart for 1, 2 or 3 mL?
1 mg = 1,000 mcg. Milligrams and micrograms describe peptide mass; milliliters describe liquid volume. On a U-100 syringe, 100 units correspond to 1 mL. Those markings describe volume here, not the peptide’s strength.
| Final volume | Concentration | Volume containing 250 mcg | U-100 scale | Volume containing 500 mcg | U-100 scale |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 mL | 10 mg/mL | 0.025 mL | 2.5 units | 0.050 mL | 5 units |
| 2 mL | 5 mg/mL | 0.050 mL | 5 units | 0.100 mL | 10 units |
| 3 mL | 3.333… mg/mL | 0.075 mL | 7.5 units | 0.150 mL | 15 units |
How do you check the calculation yourself?
Concentration = total mg ÷ final mL. Then convert that concentration to mcg/mL by multiplying by 1,000. For 10 mg in 2 mL: 10 ÷ 2 = 5 mg/mL = 5,000 mcg/mL. An amount of 250 mcg occupies 250 ÷ 5,000 = 0.05 mL, which corresponds to 5 U-100 markings.
Check the actual scale before measuring. A result such as 2.5 units may fall between printed graduations; a calculator’s decimal places do not create measurement precision. Do not transfer this table to a U-40 syringe, another concentration, or a pen’s click setting.
How much liquid contains the amount you entered?
Enter the total milligrams, final solution volume and amount to convert. The calculator returns concentration, mL and the corresponding U-100 volume markings. It performs arithmetic; it does not select a personal dose, validate a diluent or determine a device setting.
BPC-157 concentration calculator
Convert a stated amount into a liquid volume. The calculator does not choose a dose or preparation method.
Formula: volume in mL = amount in mcg ÷ (mg per mL × 1,000). U-100 markings mean 100 units per mL; they do not apply to pen clicks or every syringe. Calculation precision does not establish measurement accuracy or suitability for human injection.
If the vial amount or liquid volume changes, recalculate before using an old chart. For example, 0.05 mL contains 500 mcg at 10 mg/mL but only 250 mcg at 5 mg/mL.
How do the pen, capsules and nasal spray change the calculation?
The pen is already in solution: 15 mg in 3 mL, or 5 mg/mL. It does not need powder reconstitution. Its nominal contents equal sixty 250 mcg portions or thirty 500 mcg portions, before device losses. The actual number of deliveries depends on priming and device calibration; no click-to-volume specification is published in the product information reviewed.
| Format | Amount per capsule or spray | Package arithmetic | What is not established |
|---|---|---|---|
| Capsules | 500 mcg per capsule | 60 × 500 mcg = 30 mg per bottle | The amount absorbed compared with an injection. |
| Nasal spray | 150 mcg per spray | 30 mg total; 30,000 ÷ 150 = 200 nominal spray amounts | The usable spray count after priming or an equivalent injected amount. |
Two capsules contain 1,000 mcg; two sprays contain 300 mcg. Neither calculation establishes that these formats reproduce the effects of an injected amount. The capsule card and nasal-spray card show the original package details; the spray’s liquid volume remains unverified.9
Where do people report injecting BPC-157?
Subcutaneous use appears in public BPC-157 protocols and means administration into tissue beneath the skin.1 It differs from intramuscular administration into muscle and intra-articular administration into a joint. The published knee-pain research used clinical joint injections; that route requires a trained clinician and is not a self-injection protocol.7
There is no established human evidence here that injecting close to an injury works better. “Near the elbow” in a personal account does not identify a validated site or technique. Joint and tendon injections require an appropriately trained clinician; an injury’s location is not a reason to put a needle into that structure.
BPC-157 dosing and preparation questions
Is there a BPC-157 dosage chart by body weight?
The public protocols summarized above use fixed daily amounts. They do not supply a milligram-per-kilogram formula, and the cited human evidence does not establish a consumer weight-based chart.3
Does 10 units always mean 500 mcg?
No. Ten U-100 markings mean 0.1 mL. That contains 500 mcg at 5 mg/mL, 1,000 mcg at 10 mg/mL, or approximately 333 mcg at 3.333 mg/mL. Concentration must be known first.
Can a pen click be converted from the syringe chart?
Only if the manufacturer supplies the volume delivered per click or setting. A pen holding 3 mL does not reveal its click size. The featured pen’s concentration is known; its click calibration is not published.
How long is the mixed vial usable in the refrigerator?
The handling document specifies 2–8°C and a laboratory-established use period, without a validated number of days. A forty-portion calculation is not a forty-day stability claim, and the sealed vial’s retest date does not establish an expiry after mixing.4
How long should the break between cycles be?
The cited reports do not test a restart schedule, and there is no established interval in the cited clinical evidence. A follow-up period after someone stopped is an observation, not a validated cycling rule.3
Is 500 mcg of Wolverine equal to 500 mcg of BPC-157?
No. In a 1:1 BPC-157/TB-500 blend, 500 mcg total contains 250 mcg of each ingredient. For a BPC-only amount of 500 mcg, a 1:1 blend would contain 1,000 mcg total, including 500 mcg TB-500. That is a composition calculation, not advice to substitute products. See the Wolverine stack guide.
